Duet's Finding Meaning and Hope Virtual Workshop
Join a group of fellow family caregivers to discuss how to regain hope and build resilience when dealing with the complexities of ongoing loss associated with caring for someone with Alzheimer's and other dementias.  You will learn skills to help you stay strong, healthy, resilient and positive as you navigate your caregiving journey with healing and hope.  This is a 10-week workshop featuring videos based on the book, Loving Someone Who Has Dementia:  How to Find Hope While Coping with Stress and Grief.
DATES:  Tuesdays, January 26 - March 30, 2021
TIME:  4 pm - 5:30 pm

Virtual Healthy Living with Diabetes Workshop
Learn how to take control and manage your health.  The Diabetes Self-Management Workshop will cover healthy eating, menu planning, exercise to manage blood glucose and improve strength, flexibility and endurance and techniques to deal with fatigue, frustration and isolation and disease related problem solving.
Virtual Workshop meets 2 hours, once a week for 6 weeks.  Participants will receive a free Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions book.
DATES:  Thursdays, February 4, 2021 - March 11, 2021
