Healthy Living with Diabetes Workshop

The Diabetes Self-Management Workshop will cover healthy eating, menu planning, and exercise to manage blood glucose and improve strength, flexibility and endurance. It will also teach disease-related problem solving and techniques to deal with fatigue, frustration and isolation. Participants will receive a free Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions book. This is a virtual workshop that meets 2 hours, once a week for 6 weeks. When you register, you will receive information on how to participate via computer, iPad, phone or any mobile device.
